I am fully insured and work as part of the award winning Halifax Hypnotherapy clinic, which is in Shelf.

My clinic is based on the A6038 the main Halifax to Bradford road which is approx 3.5 miles out of Halifax in West Yorkshire, I see clients from the neighbouring areas of Halifax, Bradford, Hipperholme, Brighouse, Northowram and Wibsey. I also see clients globally using Zoom online.

After a confidential initial consultation, which includes some hypnosis work and a free self-hypnosis track to consolidate and aid with wellbeing along your journey, your hypnotherapy sessions will begin the following week, with each session lasting approximately 50 minutes.

You will leave each session feeling relaxed and with a new positive mindset. Depending on what concern you are seeking help with will determine how many sessions of hypnotherapy you will need, on average 6-8 sessions is usually enough to enable you to continue your personal journey independently.

If you want to break away from negative thinking, banish those sleepless nights, or even walk down the street without fear of wasps, why not let Natalie Anne Hypnotherapy give you the “Freedom to Think Clear” and start getting back to the real you?

About Natalie.

I am a local mum of two and have worked in primary education for the last ten years. Having started out my working life in law, then taking time out to start my family and bring up my young children, I have now decided that I want to help people in a way hypnotherapy has helped me.

After suffering lots of loss in my life, including losing both my parents, at a relatively young age. For a woman, having to go through marriage and childbirth without a mum is extremely hard, to then lose the other parent a short time after was a huge blow to me and my young family.

Now having recently gone through the inevitable “D” word, which can be categorised as feeling like a bereavement, my feelings and emotions finally got the better of me, and where I once felt like a strong, positive woman, who could deal with anything life through at her, I felt like my world had collapsed and I could no longer continue to function day to day with a smile and be that strong woman everybody expected.

I had an enormous support network around me who helped immensely, and I still do to this day, but I had lost my “spark” and constantly thought negatively, would worry about the smallest of things and would negatively forecast future. After several therapy sessions of talking therapy I realised that wasn’t the way forward for me.

I then met my partner, now my fiancé, and he too had been through some difficult times and hypnotherapy was recommended for him to try. WOW! What a difference just one session made to him and our relationship, to such an extent he decided to study hypnotherapy himself. During his training, I was his volunteer, and where I had once learned to live with and manage my emotions, and thought I was that relatively happy person again, I was amazed by how different these sessions made me feel. I felt amazing following each practise session.

People commented that I “had the sparkle back in my eyes”, I slept better, my confidence was growing, and I just felt more relaxed and in control of my emotions. This experience brought me to want to study this myself and help others get back their sparkle, feel happy in themselves again and regain their confidence, and this is what has brought be here today, giving others the “freedom to think clear.”
